COMMENTARY

This is the first in-person candidates' forum of the 2007 election season. Seventeen of the 22 candidates attended. About 20 others attended, mostly activists who attend many meetings; this was in no way a community forum. It was the same last year. Still, the movie (80 minutes) and the still pictures can give to a wider public a sense of who these people are-- some who are already Board members, some who may be on the Board as a result of the election.

We apologize for our lateness; the movie begins some time after the start of the meeting. Some of the still pictures are very good too. We apologize if we have misspelled anyone's name.
